These terms cover the Fitness Arcade website and describe use of Face Flap: Fitness Game, operated by Jesus Vargas. For privacy information, read the website policy and Face Flap policy. App Store downloads are also subject to applicable Apple terms and the license agreement supplied with the app.

Playing our games

Use the games for personal entertainment. Play in a clear space with your phone securely positioned, stay within a comfortable range of movement, and pause or stop if you feel discomfort. Face Flap is not a medical or exercise-measurement service.

Scores, skins, and rewards

Scores, stars, and skins are virtual game features with no cash value. Progress is stored on your device and may be lost when app data is removed. No account-based restoration or cross-device synchronization is offered in the current version.

Rewarded ads are planned but are not active in the current test version. In an ad-enabled version, a reward is granted only after the advertising service confirms completion. A revive is limited to once per run. Ad availability is not guaranteed.

Availability and updates

The app is currently in testing. Features may change, and uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
