Jesus Vargas operates Face Flap: Fitness Game under the Fitness Arcade brand. This policy explains the current test version. Contact: javickbusiness@outlook.com.
Camera and eye-level steering
With your permission, the app uses the front camera to locate your eyes and translate their vertical position into bird movement. Camera frames and face landmarks are processed transiently on your iPhone. Our code does not record or upload camera images, store face profiles, or identify who you are. Camera data is not sent to advertisers.
Disable camera permission in iPhone Settings at any time. Eye steering and gameplay need camera access.
Local game progress
The app stores your best score, accumulated stars, run dates, scores and durations, revive status, unlocked skins, selected skin, and difficulty settings on your device. It has no Fitness Arcade account or cloud sync. Local progress remains until the app’s data is removed. Deleting the app, rather than offloading it, removes its local data; device backups are managed separately through Apple.
Advertising in this version
The AppLovin MAX SDK is included, but our app does not initialize it while advertising is unconfigured. Rewarded advertising is not active in this test version.
Before enabling ads, we will update this policy and the app’s privacy controls to reflect the actual configuration. AppLovin’s advertising services can process device identifiers, IP addresses, device and app information, and ad interactions for ad delivery, measurement, personalization, and security. See AppLovin’s privacy policy for its practices and choices. This is a description of planned integration, not a claim that ads are currently enabled.

If you contact us, we use the email address and message you provide to answer your request. We retain correspondence as needed for support and related obligations, and accept deletion requests. See our website privacy page for website and email information.
General audience
Face Flap is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children. It does not collect exercise repetitions, health records, or fitness measurements. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact us so we can address it.
Requests and changes
Contact us about access, correction, or deletion of information you have provided. Game data stored only on your phone is not accessible to us remotely. We will update this page when practices change and provide additional notice or consent where required.
